That you will be having 5 Medical Representatives who will ensure the promotion and retailing.

That you will be supplying material directly to the chemist / dispensing doctor / retailer wherever the doctor advised to your Medical Representative.

That entire operation will be supervised by Company's Area Manager.

That incentive of Doctors will be reimbursed by you and for the same material will be sent to you in Advance by Company.

That all your commission and reimbursement will be sent to you in Advance in term of material.

That average salary of Medical Representative should be Rs. 5000/= and expenses upto Rs. 3000/= per month paid by channel partner.

That all kind of visual Ad and printed material for the purpose of promotion of products will be provided by Company.

That Medical Representative will be Employee of Channel Partner. Recruited by Channel Partner and Local Area Sales Manager.

That Channel Partner has to make sure that each of Medical Representative is giving at least 25 Productive Doctors.
