That Company will be doing inshop display at 2 locations in the area of each distributor.

That location, duration and boys / girls for the purpose of inshop display will be recruited/selected by distributor and sales officers together.

That sales officer and distributor will ensure that the sale of Rs. 2000/= is done on the each of the inshop display counter on each working day.

That responsibility of the Area Manager and Sales Officer will simultaneously get the schemes approved from the Head Office for the purpose of inshop display.

That Rs. 250/= will be reimbursed as remuneration for the boys / girls deployed for inshop display for each productive working day.

That material equivalent to two weeks of remuneration will be despatched with the second consignment to the distributor and the same is to be reimbursed in term of cash to the sales boys / girls deployed for the purpose of inshop display.
