PSR - Pilot Sales Representative (Paid by Distributor) D E T A I L S That each of Regional Sales Manager has to recruit trained & deploy five Area Sales Manager That each of the Area Sales Manager will be having 4 Sales Officers which will be short listed by Area Sales Manager. Recruitment & Training will be looked after by Regional Sales Manager & deployment / Head Quarter will be given by the Area Sales Manager. That training about how to sell products, introduction, products USP (Unique sales preposition), PJP (Permanent Journey Plan), Calculation of ROI (Return on Investment), schemes on products, promotion activities, terms & conditions for distributors & super stockiests, pre qualifications for becoming the Super Stockiest & distributor will be trained by Regional Sales Manager. That each of the Sales Officer will appoint two distributors in a first week & simultaneously recruit PSR (Pilot Sales Representative) and the distributor will be launched by the Sales Officer in the second week & subsequently in 3 rd week also appoint the distributor & 4 th week they will launched them. That company will reimburse Rs. 2000 on the primary of a distributor of Rs. 50,000 (Rs. Fifty Thousand only) in each 30 days time, but it is to be ensure by Sales Officer subsequently by Area Sales Manager that secondary has been already done by the distributor & Pilot Sales Representative together. The statements also have to be confirmed by Regional Sales Manager. That Reporting process & formats which has laid down by company has to be properly followed by them.
