WHAT IS ( C & F A)
C&FA is basically Carrying and forwarding agent. It's Job is to store the material on behalf of Company and forward it to further super stockist as per the delivery order of the Company.
He is a custodian of the material and not the owner because material from head office will be stock transfer to C&FA go down on companies trade tax number and subsequently, C&FA will bill the same material to the super stockiest on companies trade tax number. The Company is responsible for tax liabilities.
The services expected from the C&FA is safe storage, proper dispatch, maintenance of branch accounts, compliance of local trade tax, Supervision of implementation of the project in the area, Suggestion about scheme, verifying the record and stockist at various levels and maintenance of various types of registers as per the accounts principles and dispatching the same information to the company from time to time.

» Who is our Retail customer?
Our product can be sold on general store, Chemist shops, our few of products can be sold even barbers shop, beauty parlous, pan wale like Combos (Refer price list) Refer Annexure – II.
» What is amount of retailing (sale per salesman per day)?
Company expect that the salesman will visit 40 retail counters on each working day even if he is success to sale just 10 pieces of combos or aloe Vera apart from the other products his amount of retails recovered to distributor will not be for less than Rs. 5000/-
» How many distributors Company plan to have in one state?
Company plan to appoint approx 150 distributors in each state. Some of them will be big cities who will have more than 1000 retail counters and some of them will be in smaller town, but in any given case, average sale of each distributor will not be less than Rs. 50,000/-. Distributor will be reimbursed the interim sales rep salary when he will complete the purchase of at least Rs. 50,000/- This turnover is expected in starting phase and than it has to go at least by Rs. 1,00,000/- per month.

The turnover in initial stage is expected to be
